Cancellations
While emergencies happen, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the full service price. Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or missed appointments.
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. If an appointment is canceled at any time, a new deposit will be required for the next online booking.
Service changes are not permitted on the day of the appointment. If a same-day change is approved by the therapist, the client is still responsible for paying the full price of the originally scheduled service (for example, reducing a 90-minute service to 60 minutes still requires payment for the 90-minute appointment).
